Course description
The International Masters Foundation programme is designed for international students who have graduated with a good degree in their own country, and who wish to pursue postgraduate studies in the UK using the global language of English, but are not yet qualified for direct entry to one of LSBU’s wide range of postgraduate degrees in Business, Economics, Finance and Management.
How long is the course?
The course length depends on your level of English, your diploma or degree qualification and any relevant work experience.
Teaching methods
The course is delivered using the following modes: classroom lessons, lectures, workshops, seminars and tutorials, group work, debating and self study
Assessment
Coursework, essays, reports and other structured assignments, oral examinations and unseen written tests and examinations. English language ability is assessed by means of full and regular mock IELTS assessments, with a full IELTS exam towards the end of the course.
Further study
On successful completion of the International Masters Foundation Programme you’ll be eligible for entry to a relevant MA/MSc degree at LSBU.
