Course description

The continual integration of computers in day-to-day activities has made the good knowledge of IT a valuable asset to any career path. The MSc IT course is a postgraduate course for those with a degree in non-computing subject areas who wish to branch out to the computing field or simply add computing knowledge and qualification to their curriculum vitae to enhance future career possibilities.

The course presents a broad view of knowledge and skills that encapsulate both the theoretical and practical aspects of the different facets of IT, such as the development of software applications, both web-based and non-web-based, project management, and research, all of which are invaluable in the workplace.

Career opportunities

Successful students should be able to pursue careers in a variety of areas, such as IT development, and other IT-related fields.
