CLSD provides a Student Advice Worker responsible for mental wellbeing who is available to offer free, confidential help and advice to students:
– Who need support in coping with exam and coursework pressures
– With an existing mental health diagnosis
– Who develop mental health difficulties while at LSB
– To promote mental wellbeing.

The website also has information on a number of specific problems, from bereavement to eating disorders to homesickness and more, with advice on how to deal with these problems.
Supporting your future
LSBU provides a range of services to help students with career choices. The JobShop and Careers service is a professional information, advice and guidance service, offering a range of services, free-of-charge, to all LSBU students, staff and recent graduates.
Services include help finding temporary, part-time and vacation work, work experience and placement opportunities, full-time and graduate positions, and much more.
