DRI TO REPRESENT PINK COOKIE FASHION BRAND

Represented internationally by �op�orp Licensing, �in�� �oo��ie has established itself as a
popular fashion brand for girls across the USA�� Following a recent signing of an apparel
partner in the UK, �in�� �oo��ie

loo��s set to become popular in the UK as it joins the
DRi portfolio��
Born in Los Angeles, but nurtured in the heart of New Yor�� �ity’s famed fashion district,
�in�� �oo��ie’s team of designers draw inspiration from emerging trends on both coasts��
The design elements expand and evolve quarterly to reflect the latest in fashion
trends but the signature s��ull and crossbones branding is an integral part of each
new collection��
Alicia Davenport, DRi Licensing’s Director said, “We were blown away by this brand
when we saw it – by the colour, freshness and incredible strength of the graphics��
There’s such a huge amount of design material available which offers enormous flexibility
for both licensees and our retail partners��”
In the US, the fashion brand for girls in their teens and twenties has grown to be a $15
million brand�� Established initially in soc��s, �in�� �oo��ie has now been successfully extended
into fashion tops, nightwear, underwear, bags and jewellery with established distribution in both
mid�tier and speciality stores across the country�� Leading the way in the UK, is Fashion UK who
will launch a range of T�shirts and fashion tops for �hristmas with imminent signings in other ��ey
product areas including nightwear, lingerie, bags and accessories��
FOX UNVEIL NEW SLATE OF MOVIES, TV AND PRODUCT
Twentieth �entury Fox Licensing and Merchandising will be bringing a significant slate of upcoming feature films to
Brand Licensing Europe 2008��
Ta��ing centre stage will be the eagerly anticipated third instalment of the Ice Age franchise, Ice Age 3 – Dawn of the
Dinosaurs�� Due for worldwide release in July 2009, with the DVD out in time to hit the �hristmas mar��et, this property
already has in excess of 70 partners signed up across Europe and the UK�� Alongside this, other ��ey film releases will
include a live�action film version of the Japanese ‘Manga’ Dragonball franchise (April
09), an animated adaptation of Roald Dahl’s much�loved boo��, Fantastic Mr Fox
(December 09), directed by Wes Anderson; and James �ameron’s spectacular movie,
Avatar (December 09)�� The forthcoming sequels to Night at the Museum (May 09)
and Alvin and the �hipmun��s (April 10) will also be a focus at the show��
The licensing programs behind the strong line up of Fox TV properties continue to
expand�� The Simpsons continue to dominate, both on TV and off, while the teen and
adult targeted Family Guy is performing well in the UK at present with more than
880,000 viewers tuning in to watch on BB�3�� While new seasons for both 24 and
�rison Brea�� will be airing in the next six months, the licensing programs continue
to gain momentum�� Other ��ey properties include Halo and Halo Wars � and the
30 year old, pizza loving ginger tom – Garfield – will also be presented extensively
at the show��
On a different note, in the US, Fox’ss entertainmenttainment libraryy willwill bebe castcast inin aa neww lineline
of social expressions for the first time�� Fox and Hallmar�� �ards have announced a
partnership that will provide Hallmar�� access to sound clips and iconography from
Fox’s television, film, animation, and sports properties��
Through the agreement, more than 50 years of Fox history will be available for
adaptation across a range of social expression products many featuring innovations
such as cards with motion, intricate paper engineering and stereo sound will retail
through Hallmar�� Gold �rown stores and other major retailers��
