hosted digital editions built on Microsoft’s new Silverlight platform for rich media Web
applications. Advantages of Silverlight include scalable video resolution from mobile to
HD, advanced video tools, and XML-based search engine optimization features.
The RIDE user interface runs on most Web browsers and offers the following features:
