Applicants should have reached Leaving Certificate or NCVA Level 2 standard of

Career Opportunities
Graduates gain employment as professional bartenders in four and five star
hotels, restaurants and licensed premises or with further experience and study
advance to supervisory or management grades within the licensed trade.
