Career Opportunities
On completion, you will have the competence to work in a multi-functional
capacity in positions of responsibility in a wide variety of operational roles
within the international tourism and hospitality industry. You may also choose
to specialise in a particular area and may progress to supervisory/management
levels through accessing and participating in higher level courses.
Other Essential Information
◆ Work placements
◆ Work based learning must be carried out during placement.
◆ Students are required to undertake a 16 week (minimum) work
placement, at the end of year one.
◆ Students are required to undertake a 12 week (minimum) work
placement, at the end of year two.
◆ Successful completion of these placements is an integral part of the
certification process.
