Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science
We offer two courses: the Bachelor Degree in Chemical and Pharmaceutical These courses involve Chemistry, Forensic Analysis, Quality Management,
Science (3 years, Level 7) and the honours Bachelor Degree In Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science, and Analytical Techniques. Students learn how new

“I studied Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science at GMIT and "I graduated with the Diploma (now the Bachelor Degree) in Chemical and
currently work as a Forensic Scientist in the Forensic Science Pharmaceutical Science and immediately gained employment with Abbott
Laboratory in Dublin. My main duties include the provision of Diagnostics in Sligo. This is a biotechnology company which uses biological
technical assistance to An Garda Síochána in the investigation of materials to prepare medical diagnostic kits. I then spent a year travelling
crime and attendance at court to give evidence. I found GMIT a the world, and upon my return, I got employment in Allergan in Westport. I
