Interviewing Skills
Introduction
Disciplinary meetings must be handled carefully, correctly
and with a degree of sensitivity. This course equips
participants with the knowledge of how to pre-empt the
need for formal disciplinary action.
However, if the situation requires it, delegates will learn
how to prepare and conduct a disciplinary meeting
within the ACAS dispute resolution guidelines as well as
developing the interview skills needed.
