Savio railway tunnel
The Savio railway tunnel will be 13.5km
long with a single track and have short
concrete portal structures at both ends.
Figure 8 on page 35 shows a cross-section
of the tunnel. The tunnel will have a

minimum curvature radius of 1,000
metres. The lowest point in the tunnel will
