awards €1 million to co-finance

The Lloyd's Register Educational Trust (LRET), an independent charity, has agreed to award
a total of €1 million to Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.
In April 2008, the LRET signed an agreement with Delft University for a Chair in
Railway Engineering at its Faculty of Civil Engineering and Geosciences.
