409 member companies of Distripress were contacted for the survey, and
the following companies replied: 60 exporters (40 from Europe, 6 from
North America, 4 from the Middle East, 5 from the Asian/Pacific region,
3 from Africa, 2 from Latin America)
76 distribution companies (47 from Europe, 13 from North America, 3 from
the Middle East, 5 from the Asian/Pacific region, 3 from Africa, 5 from
Latin America)
56 publishers (41 from Europe, 13 from North America, 2 from the Asian/
Pacific region); some companies replied both in the category of exporters
as well as distributors.
