PIG TESTICLES WITH POTATOES
• Wash testicles clean and boil in salty water. Cut them
lengthwise and thin like noodles.
• Peel and boil potatoes, and cut into disk-shaped
slices.
• In the oven safe pan put a few tablespoons of
yoghurt, lay potatoes and then sliced testicle.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley.
• Lay the rest of the potatoes. Sprinkle again with salt
and pepper and pour over with yoghurt.

• In pre-heated oven roast for about 20 minutes until

• When ready serve with ‘Shopska salad’ made of
300ML NATURAL
YOGHURT
tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, onion and grated

feta cheese.

The marinade sauce should consist of 2/3 water, 1/3 vinegar, bay leaf, and peppercorn.
