OMELE T TE WITH TESTICLES
• Remove fine veins from the testicles, and put them
into boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Take them out,
pat dry with a kitchen towel and cut into thin slices.
• Add an egg sized piece of butter into the frying pan,
heat it up and fry testicles.
• When the liquid let out by the testicles boils, add salt
and a teaspoon of flour.
• Fry flour, add white pepper, finely chopped parsley,

• Fill the fried omelette with the mix, arrange it on the
