• Heat lard in a large frying pan.
• Add testicles, bacon and onion. Fry for about 3-4
minutes until testicles turn brown. Remove from the
frying pan.
• Place a layer of potatoes, testicles, onion & bacon in
the pan, in that order. Finish with a layer of potatoes.
INGREDIENTS: • Place a lid or foil and fry on low heat for about 30

• Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Top it up with
4 RASHERS BACON,
sauce of your choice.
