PERFEC T PIZZ A DOUGH
• Sift the 225g of plain flour into a bowl, and then stir
in the yeast, sugar and salt.
• Once combined, make a well and pour in the 150ml
of warm water. Straight after doing so use a wooden
spoon to mix together the ingredients until making
a rough dough.
• Use flour to dust a surface and use the palms of your
hand and knuckles to knead the dough for
10 minutes, until it becomes elastic and smooth.
• Place the dough in a large bowl, greased with oil,
cover with cling film. After 1 hour, remove the dough
INGREDIENTS: and knead for an additional 1 minute.

• The dough is now ready to be shaped into pizza
