FRIED TESTICLES
• Take 3 pairs of fresh ram testicles (with skin peeled
off) and cut each into 8 equal pieces.
• Place into a bowl, add salt, pepper, 2 teaspoons of
vinegar, 2 teaspoons of olive oil, a dash of thyme,
half of bay leaf, 1 chopped onion and a bit of parsley.
• Cover the bowl and leave for an hour. Testicles
should release any water they contain.
• Drain them, put back into the bowl and add the rest
of the prepared mix.
INGREDIENTS:
• Sprinkle with the juice of a half a lemon, pat them

Tip: To add something extra, try pouring over some

béchamel sauce.
Please note that for each recipe testicles have to be marinated overnight.
