So solid at tipping
the CelebAir winner
SNAPPED
FANS of CelebAir, the reality TV show on which
a team of celebrities tried their luck at being
Monarch Airlines cabin crew, will know by now
that former So Solid Crew star Lisa Maffia
emerged victorious from a final that involved
her, Chico and radio presenter Amy Lame.
Chico was voted out first before Amy and
Lisa operated a VIP flight on a private jet, after
which Lisa was crowned “star employee”.
What won’t be widely known is that the victory
was predicted in TTG (Sept 19) when Monarch
mentor Sara Turner gave her tips for the top.
“Lisa Maffia will be very hard to beat. She
looks immaculate and approaches the job like
somebody who has done it for years,” she said.
You really did read it here first.
TREK’N’ROLL: Barack Obama’s victory in the US elections has made a lot of people very
happy. Among these caught up in the historic moment were the staff at TrekAmerica who held a
party at their office to celebrate the dawning of a new era. Fuelled with joy at Obama’s taking over
the White House, the team appear to have magically transported themselves to the seat of power.
