CHN Construction was the
prime vendor of the City-
contracted Main Street Station renovation in 2002-03, and worked on the
demolition of 6th Street Marketplace and the renovation of the John Marshall
Courts Building, among other projects. The company provides general contracting,
subcontracting project management, and construction management support to its
clients, ranging from residential and commercial restoration to new construction.
Nedrick grew up in Church Hill,
not far from where the train station
is located.A plasterer by trade, he
established the company in 1989,
working out of his home. In 2000, he
relocated the business to Roane Street
in Richmond. CHN is a member of
the Metropolitan Business League,
the Builders’ Exchange Association of
Virginia, the Better Business Bureau,
and the Greater Richmond Chamber
of Commerce. The company employs
six people.
