contractors $30,213,827.58. Minority contractors were paid $4,291,292.2 which
represents 14 percent minority participation on these projects, an increase of 1
percent from last fiscal year.
Public Works
OMBD monitored 33 public works construction contracts. The city paid prime
contractors $18,955,520.57. Minority contractors were paid $4,291,292.20 which
represents 15 percent minority participation on these projects, an increase of 3
percent from last fiscal year.
Other Agencies
OMBD monitored 15 other agencies construction contracts. The city paid prime
contractors $3,401,496.25. Minority contractors were paid $299,387.15 which
represents 9 percent minority participation on these projects, a decrease of 3 percent
from last fiscal year.

Public Utilities
OMBD monitored 31 public utilities non-construction contracts. The City paid
prime contractors $11,727,789.62. Minority contractors were paid $1,231,753.52
which represents 11 percent minority participation on these projects.
Public Works
OMBD monitored 23 public works non-construction contracts. The City paid
prime contractors $4,779,135.10. Minority contractors were paid $798,931.7
which represents 17 percent minority participation on these projects.
Other Agencies
OMBD monitored 66 non-construction contracts for other agencies. The City paid
prime contractors $12,725,796.39. Minority contractors were paid $1,245,119.9
which represents 10 percent minority participation on these projects.
