OMBD monitored 78 construction contracts. The City paid prime vendors/con-
tractors $52,570,844.43. Minority contractors were paid $7,513,679, which
represents 14 percent minority participation on these projects. It should be noted
that there was an increase from FY 2006 in construction dollars paid to minority
subcontractors.
