The March care
■ Professional oven valeting service Ovenu is offering a helping hand to military families in
Aldershot faced with a major clean up operation as part of the Marching Out process.
Les Davis, who runs Ovenu Camberley, has launched a new service specifi cally for
families living in army accommodation.
As part of the Marching Out scheme, military personnel who are being redeployed
have to leave their living quarters in immaculate condition. This involves the thorough
cleaning of all appliances, carpets, curtains and other fi xtures and fi ttings.
Les, 49, who is originally from New Zealand, operates his oven cleaning business in
the Camberley, Sandhurst, Farnborough, Farnham and Aldershot areas. He says: ‘Families
leaving military accommodation to be deployed elsewhere have a lot on their plate, and
cleaning ovens, microwaves and extractor hoods to the high standard required by the
army is no easy task. I can take away some of the hassle by offering a valeting service that
is guaranteed to pass the most stringent of inspections.’
