Castellane. Bordering the camping area is the River
Verdon and the Gorges du Verdon starts near the site.

This site is located at the gateway to the Gorges du Loup,
between the medieval village of St Paul-de-Vence and
Grasse. Nice is only a short drive away, as are the beaches
of the ever-popular Côte d’Azur. Whilst many members
will use this site as a base for a seaside holiday, there is
much more to do in the area, including walking, many
museums to visit and Marineland at Antibes.
Le Vallon Rouge is situated on the banks of the river Loup, with a
variety of trees offering a good degree of shade. Pitches are all clearly
marked out. There are three toilet blocks, which are kept clean and
are gradually being refurbished. The campsite is flat, although access
