D23 Le Pré Lombard HHHH

Situated on the outskirts of Tarascon-sur-Ariege in the
Pyrénées, Le Pré Lombard is a shaded site, which runs
along the side of a fast flowing river. The site is a good
base for exploring the area with plenty of activities
nearby including canyoning, climbing, mountain
trekking and kayaking. For the less adventurous
Andorra is not far away, and it is possible to visit the
prehistoric sites at Niaux and Bédeilhac as well as the
Cathars castles at Montségur.
The campsite has shady, grassy pitches of average size which are
marked out by trees and hedges. There are three sanitary blocks
which are unusual in style but well maintained. The site organises a Facilities 180
programme of entertainment in high season including craft workshops,
