Pleasantly set in woodland on the outskirts of
Poullan-sur-Mer, near Douarnenez on the beautiful
western coast of Brittany, this site is within easy reach
of a number of sandy beaches and is a good base for
visiting the port of Audierne. A trip to the historic town
of Quimper, situated in a pretty little valley at the estuary
of the River Odet, is certainly worthwhile and Pointe du
Raz and Pointe du Van are within easy reach. This area is
ideal for members wishing to take long walks exploring
the beaches and surrounding countryside and there are
clearly marked footpaths for this purpose.
Camping Pil Koad is a family orientated site which has mainly good
sized, grassy pitches that are clearly marked out with hedges. The Facilities 190
