of Amiens in the heart of the Picardy region, half way
between Calais and Paris. The magnificent Cathedral of
Amiens is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and deserves a
visit. In the heart of Amiens, Les Hortillonages, also called
the “Floating Gardens” is a nature reserve of 300 hectares
including gardens, marshes and small narrow canals. The
