Development
The three players of each group make
passes and rotations:
1) Player 1 passes the ball, on the
ground, to 2.
2) After the pass, player 1 begins
rotation, moving toward the position
occupied by player 2, while he, with
a single touch (without prior control),
returns the ball to him.
3) Player 1 receives the pass (or left
ball) from 2 and, with one touch (no prior
control), passes it to 3, later continuing
his movement until reaching the position
of player 2. At the same tiime, player
2 moves to occupy the position left
by player 1, thus completing the first
rotation.

4) Player 3, with a single touch (no prior
control) passes the ball to player 1, who
now occupies the central position, thus
beginning the second rotation, along the
other sideline.
Variations
Use the right or left leg.
Change the direction of the
rotations.
Do the exercise the same
way, but lifting the ball before
making each pass.
