wood to stone while delivering exceptional

aesthetic, non-institutional office interiors for a

Chek Whyte Industries specialise in new-build
Floors-2-Go created a bespoke piece for Chek Whyte Industries
construction and refurbishment of inner city large
scale multi-residential developments. Named
after its owner, the company name may sound
familiar to some following Chek Whyte’s recent
appearance on Channel 4’s Secret Millionaire
documentary series.
Phil Richardson, senior buyer, for Chek Whyte
Industries commented: ‘From the very start
we had a specific idea how we wanted the new
offices to look. The building had to encompass
our brand values and illustrate our position as a
forward thinking company.
‘The design of the meeting rooms, in particular,
were one of the most important elements of the
new building. Not only did the rooms need to look
smart and impressive, but they had to inspire our
employees and clients. It was therefore essential
that a striking, yet durable, flooring was fitted,
which could create a visual impact, yet withstand
constant use.
‘We chose the Floors-2-Go Contract Division
as they were able to supply us with a range of
designs and samples that complemented our
overall concept. It also enabled us to utilise the
expertise of the Ege design team to ensure that
our exact specification was met. We worked in
close conjunction with both Floors-2-Go and Ege,
to design a quality bespoke carpet that perfectly
incorporated all of our ideas and took inspiration
from world renowned designer, Paul Smith.’
Andy Acton, contracts director, for the Floors-
2-Go Contracts Division, said: ‘This project is a
shining example of our commitment to meeting
our client’s exact specifications. We endeavour to
support our clients throughout each stage of the
project, by thoroughly discussing design require-
