The Peaceful Pill Handbook Testing the concentration of Carbon Monoxide
The need to ensure that the monoxide concentration is sufficiently high before using this method for a peaceful death means that it is wise to test the gas concentration. To do this one needs to obtain an appropriate meter capable of establishing this.
Exit has tested several meters for this purpose. The cheapest monitors have only a warning light set to alarm when levels of 50ppm are exceeded. These are of limited use.
