sinGapore
AQUA® by GRANDSTAND is an über-
chic, luxury mobile bar that exudes the
elements of innovation and luxury.
The name ‘AQUA’ represents the fluid
nature that has the ability to take on any
shape or form.
Constructed from three shipping
containers AQUA® unfolds into fully
self-contained bar complete with
overhead sails serving as projector
screens and at the same time keeping
the weather out. The three-storey venue
is easy to store and transport, making it
the most space-efficient and fluid bar in
Aqua by GRANDSTAND Singapore
Singapore. Aqua’s bar-lounge can cater
to as many as 500 guests and can be
constructed at any location in the world
complete with electricity, audio-visual
and hospitality equipment.
Upholstered and decorated with
nautical themed furnishings, AQUA®
offers ‘three levels of entertainment’:
Lower Deck is an invitation to indulge
in premium spirits and the finest
selection of red and white wines,
accompanied by delectable sweet
and savoury French crepes.
Aqua by GRANDSTAND Singapore
Upper Deck caters for VIPs, and
offers exquisite food and champagne
alongside a spectacular view of
Singapore’s waterfront Top Deck, also
known as ‘stage’, comes complete with
overhead sails that can double up as
projection screens, and stages live DJ
acts, live band performances and fashion
shows. AQUA® by GRANDSTAND is
the brainchild of three brilliant minds,
Gerhard Lanyi and Alexander Hascher,
creators of “The Crystal Mirror” (www.
the-crystal-mirror.com) and the “Puma
VBOX” and a top engineer Markus Krill.
Following the launch of AQUA®
by GRANDSTAND in Singapore and
pending on finding the right partners,
GRANDSTAND Pte Ltd hopes to bring
the AQUA® experience through
franchising in Sydney, Australia by
December 2008, followed by Berlin
and/or Munich, Germany and Vienna,
kubik installation at the Soudoest festival
Austria by April 2009.
