TM
ELISA kits are heterogeneous antibody sandwich immunoassays. Interferon is captured by the antibody immobilized to microtiter
plate wells, and a detection antibody is used to complete the sandwich. A signal generator of conjugated horseradish peroxidase (HRP), together
with tetramethyl benzidine (TMB), is used to develop the assay. To address the need to detect different human alpha interferons, PBL offers the
three types of VeriKine
