This course provides a self-paced, step-by-step environment in which students use QuickBooks ■
Pro to learn how to set up a company’s accounting system, create and customize lists, set up and

operate inventory accounts, process payroll accounts, track and pay sales tax, process payrolls.
Prerequisites: Accounting and computer experience.

INTERMEDIATE QUICKBOOKS PRO—Learn advanced features of QuickBooks

Pro such as: estimates, progress invoicing, job costing, finance charges, sales commission, time

tracking, classes, reimbursable expenses, fixed assets, and 1099 forms. Prerequisites: Accounting

and computer experience.

COMPUTERIZED DATA ENTRY—To be gainfully employed, learn data entry skills ■
including alpha-numeric keyboarding and ten-key operation with emphasis on speed and

accuracy. Instruction involves exercises using a variety of business forms and source documents.
Prerequisites: 25 wpm keyboarding speed and 100 spm ten-key speed.
