Standard First Aid
■ This Red Cross-type course covers basic first aid plus adult CPR, rescue breathing, and choking.

Wear casual clothing, as student will be working on the floor. Any student requiring a Red Cross
card should contact the local Red Cross chapter. Students completing the course will receive a

certificate issued by the school at no additional charge.
■
Students MUST arrive on time. Payment by cash or credit card only. Must register one week
■
prior to class. Older adults (50 and over), fee is $25.

body movements, breathing and relaxation, you will learn how to strengthen, tone, and create
flexibility in your body. Wear loose, comfortable exercise clothing and bring a mat to class. For

over 20 years, Sandra Foster has been a yoga instructor in the Bay Area teaching Iyengar method
■
of Hatha Yoga.
