CPR for the Professional Rescuer

Learn to save lives. Red Cross course covers CPR for adults, children, and infants. Also covers
two-person CPR, rescue breathing, and AED training. Upon completion of course, students

will be issued a certificate from the school without any additional charge. Students requiring a

Red Cross card must pay an additional fee in class. Class size is limited. Must register one week

prior to class. Payment by cash or credit card. Older adults (50 years and older), fee only $20.
■ Students MUST be on time to take this class. Students with any type of respiratory infection

will not be allowed in class.

Standard First Aid
■ This Red Cross-type course covers basic first aid plus adult CPR, rescue breathing, and choking.

Wear casual clothing, as student will be working on the floor. Any student requiring a Red Cross
card should contact the local Red Cross chapter. Students completing the course will receive a

certificate issued by the school at no additional charge.

Students MUST arrive on time. Payment by cash or credit card only. Must register one week

prior to class. Older adults (50 and over), fee is $25.

Physical Fitness/Exercise — Aerobic-Body Sculpting

AEROBIC CLASS: Mon/Wed/Fri low impact total energy fitness class. BODY SCULPTING:

Tue/Thu toning stretching class using light weights and resistance bands. Work at your
■ own comfort level. Bring a mat for either class; 3-10 pound weights optional. Instructor is

Jazzercise™ certified. Join anytime! Instructor is available 15 minutes before and after each class
for individual fitness questions. Students must be at least 18 years old to participate. Purchase 8

or 15 classes for a reduced rate!

Yoga Stretch (Community Education Class)

Shape up your body and your mind. Yoga Stretch is designed to relieve stress, increase flexibility

through stretching exercises, and improve endurance, strength, and balance. Through gentle

body movements, breathing and relaxation, you will learn how to strengthen, tone, and create
flexibility in your body. Wear loose, comfortable exercise clothing and bring a mat to class. For

over 20 years, Sandra Foster has been a yoga instructor in the Bay Area teaching Iyengar method

of Hatha Yoga.
