BARBEQUED TESTICLES & GIBLE TS
• Wash intestines well inside and outside with boiling
water.
• Cut all the internal organs into small pieces and rinse
them well.
• Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and place on
the barbecue. If the organs are too small, tie them
up together and continue to turn them over on the
barbecue.
INGREDIENTS:

and grill on a low heat for 2 to 2 ½ hours.
