OSTRICH TESTICLES
• Cut into oval pieces and fry the testicles in a little oil.
• Once fried, add salt, ground black pepper and the
juice of 1 lemon.
• Turn over in the frying pan so that the other side can
soak in lemon juice.
• Serve with boiled peas and carrots, or even more
simply, with chopped fresh tomato.

Please note that for each recipe testicles have to be marinated overnight.
