TESTICLES PIE
• Wash testicles thoroughly and boil them for 30-45
minutes. Once softened, mince them in a mincer.
• Fry onions, and add minced testicles and salt to
taste. Remove the pot from the stove.
• Add mix seasoning, 3 eggs and yoghurt. Once the
mix is ready, spread it over each filo sheet.
INGREDIENTS:
• Before baking, cut the pie into cubes and top it with
the mix of 3 eggs and sparkling mineral water.
1KG BULL TESTICLES,

• Bake in the oven at 200 C until golden brown.
1 LARGE-SIZE ONION
1 TEASPOON SALT
PEPPER
MIX SEASONING
6 EGGS
1 POT OF YOGHURT,
MIDDLE SIZE
200ML SPARKLING
MINERAL WATER
1KG FILO PASTRY
SHEETS
Please note that for each recipe testicles have to be marinated overnight.
