9. Where would you like your business to be in five years?

We are still on our journey and will continue to grow. Our business model is based on finding local work for local people and we have plans to open more offices to meet this commitment. Also we have plans to open Jenesis Scientific offices in Asia, Europe and North America within the next five years.

10. If you were starting your business again from scratch, what – if anything – would you do differently?

Nothing – I think every experience along the way has been enriching but I would say that there is so much more support available today and had this been available then it may have made the learning a little easier.

11. The company will be reaching the landmark 40th anniversary of the business in 2009, what do you plan to do to celebrate?

Of course we will be planning something special to celebrate this milestone … but I’m going to keep this quite as I would not like to spoil the surprise…

12. What do you think of Welsh Recruitment?

Welsh Recruitment is great publication and has definitely filled a gap in the market for a quality free publication. As well as a quality vehicle for recruiters to advertise there are lots of good and helpful articles.
