Bufab acquires Mercantile OY
Bufab has confirmed that it has acquired Mercantile OY with operations in Finland and Estonia.
Mercantile is a major player in the Finnish industrial fastener market with annual sales of SEK 190
million (20 million euros) and approximately 50 employees. The new company will be called Bufab
Mercapartner OY.
