2K Polymer Systems
A13
2K has a wide range of two-part adhesive anchoring systems and repair compounds, which can be exclusively supplied with any
companies label and brand name, to fit along side their current product range.
For over 50 years 2K has supplied high performance resin systems for use in civil engineering, tunneling and mining environments.
From these specialised roots it has developed a range of products manufactured to the highest standards.
Atotech österreich GmbH
E29
Atotech says it is the sole worldwide supplier able to provide zinc flake technology, as well as electrolytic corrosion protection
finishes from one source.
Product highlights include the following:
• Zintek 200 - An automotive approved zinc flake system with organic or inorganic top coats. It achieves highest corrosion protection and
the latest automotive requirements for functional properties.
• Zintek 300 B - A unique black zinc flake system using a truly black base coat to avoid issues with “silver spots” after handling.
• Zinni AL 450 – A second generation alkaline ZnNi electrolyte perfectly suited for barrel applications.
• Zinni AC AF 210 - An ammonia-free acid ZnNi electrolyte, a green process with high productivity and constant Ni incorporation.
• EcoTri HC2 - Belongs to the new generation in thick film passivates. It is a versatile process for all Zn and Zn alloy coatings and is
available with Atotech’s Tricotect regeneration technology.
• Corrolux 530L - Approved for Ford S449 and combines passivate and sealer on Zn coatings.
Biotek Kft
E7
Biotek Kft will be displaying the following new fastening solutions:
• NORD-LOCK washers - Plated with Delta Protekt instead of Yellow Chromate surface treatment. Biotek says Delta Protekt coated washers
are harder and significantly more resistant to corrosion. The washers are compliant with the EU directive 2000/53/EC on ELV and
2002/95/EC on RoHS in electrical and electronic equipment.
• PEM® SCB Spinning Clinch Bolt – A simple one component panel fastener with non-jacking and jacking features. This retained screw
requires no springs, no retainers, and no secondary assembly work.
• PEM® SFP stainless steel SpotFast™ fastener - Creates a permanent, flush joining of two sheets of metal with minimal space and
installation force requirement.
• POP ProSet® 1600 pneumatic rivet tool - Suitable for 2.0, 2.4, 3.2, 4mm diameter blind rivets with quick disconnect Mandrel Collection
System.
• TUBTARA® blind rivet nut - A stainless steel 316 material provides solution for critical corrosion circumstances.
Bossard – Stockinox
C42
Bossard will be exhibiting at the show and is encouraging visitors to go to its stand to explore the potential cost savings through its
unique three-stage service package, which includes:
Products: More than 50,000 standard articles from modern fastening technology plus customer-specific special articles, supplied worldwide,
rapidly and reliably.
Engineering: Our engineers investigate where an optimisation of product range can reduce the variety of parts and where the use of
multifunctional parts can simplify production and assembly. Recommendations on materials and optimised conditions for assembly lead to a
permanent increase in the quality of the end product, at optimised production costs.
Logistics: Bossard uses the most modern technology and logistics systems to do this. One example is SmartBin, an innovative logistics system.
