Harrison & Clough supports College
Harrison & Clough has donated £500 worth of Hardman tools to a
local college and in exchange, NVQ level 3 students created a
workbench for the company’s showroom.
In addition to the complimentary tools, Harrison & Clough negotiated a
25% discount for Park Lane College Keighley students when purchasing
Hardman products from Pickard Hardware, Keighley.
The presentation took place at Harrison & Clough’s Keighley showroom
and was followed by the installation of the workbench in the
purpose-built product demonstration room. The arrangement continues
the many support initiatives launched by Harrison & Clough intended to
assist the local educational community.
Louise Morris, business manager at Harrison & Clough explained:
“We’ve been really impressed with the set up at the College and also
their development plans for the future. As a local company Harrison &
Clough are proud to take a part in this positive development by working
with the College in conjunction with Pickard Hardware to help equip the
students with the right tools for the job.”

The event? - The Irish Scally Rally – a unique charity run, claimed to be the
“Ultimate Banger Rally”, in which entrants must use a car purchased for less than
£100, to complete a 1,000 mile course that takes in Ireland’s most northerly and
southerly points and some outstanding scenery – oh yes, and at least two stretches
