been formulated to meet real business needs. You must show how
the solution meets these needs and the impact this has had on the

Coaching Programme of the Year *NEW*
The judges will be looking for how and why the coaching
programme has been set up and how well it integrates into and
supports the overall stakeholder objectives. The programme can be
a team, organisation or individual project.
e-Learning Solution of the Year *NEW*
The judges will be looking for a solution where the learning is
delivered via any e-media that can be accessed via a computer. You
must demonstrate why the type of media was chosen and how the
solution has enhanced the learning experience and achieved real
results.
Educational & Learning Export Product of the
Year *NEW*
The UK Trade & Investment’s education and skills team will be
looking for a UK educational and training product/concept that is
being successfully exported. The winning entry will illustrate how
imagination, enterprise and cultural sensitivity are the cornerstones
