Introduction
Coaching is the dynamic and interactive process of
assisting others in reaching their goals. It involves
unlocking a person’s potential to maximise his or
her own performance within the chosen context.
Supervisors, team leaders and managers can play an
important role in coaching their people to develop
greater self awareness, improve business skills and take
on additional responsibilities. This practical course will
