Hotel and Dining Charges
During your voyage, you will experience excellent service from
many members of our crew in a variety of locations. In addition,
many more crew behind the scenes support those who serve you
directly. For your convenience, a Hotel and Dining charge will be
automatically added to your shipboard account on a daily basis.

Bar, Wine and Salon Services
A 15% charge is automatically added to your on-board account.
This is shared amongst the beverage staff. Naturally, you are free
to tip any member of the crew over and above these amounts, at
your discretion.
Pre-voyage Hotel
For air/sea holidays Cunard will fly you to join your ship on the day
of embarkation. However, where the included flight timings
necessitate a pre-voyage overnight stay, Cunard has included in
your voyage fare a deluxe hotel room at the international port of
embarkation for the night prior to your voyage. This programme
does not apply to any Queen Mary 2 Transatlantic Crossings.
