Sales Manager

Requisites for the job



Effectively manage, coach and motivate a team of sales consultants to consistently deliver results.

Generate performance reports using various management tools.

Facilitate the speediest possible delivery of orders and identifying any problems as soon as possible.

Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to.



If you have the desire and ability to achieve, on target earnings of £50,000 per annum (uncapped) are available to the right candidate.

National Fleet Sales Director



The successful candidate will be required to recruit, develop and manage a dedicated Fleet Sales team focusing on fleets from 25 – 100 vehicles.



Whilst Vansdirect will generate leads, the ideal candidate will actively seek new business assisted by the advantage of being able to offer customers a choice of 15 different manufacturers.



Requisites for the job:



Proven track record in Sales

Possess a sound understanding of the motor trade

Organised, numerate and computer literate



If you have the desire and ability to achieve, on target earnings of £75,000 per annum (uncapped) are available to the right candidate in addition to a company car, laptop and phone.



Basic - £30K. Field based – will be required to report to Vansdirect headquarters at least once per week.

HGV/Specialist Director



Vansdirect is expanding its product range to include heavy goods vehicles and specialist coach built class products such as tippers, dropsides, fridge vans and lutons.



We require an experienced individual to assist us in developing our market share of this sector of vehicle sales.



The successful applicant will help us to develop a team if up to six specialist sales staff.



Requisites for the job:



Proven track record within a HGV sales environment.

Excellent understanding of HGV sales legislation.

Organised, numerate and computer literate.



If you have the desire and ability to succeed in this position, on target earnings of £50,000 up to £70,000 per annum are available depending on experience.

If you have the desire and ability to achieve, on target earnings of £45,000 per annum (uncapped) are available to the right candidate.

Vansdirect require additional support in our finance department to sell finance insurance products to our existing customers.



The successful applicant will join a proven team to assist in the sales of GAP insurance. No cold calling required and full training and FSA approval will be given.



Requisites for the job:



Experience in tele-sales and experience of call centre environment.

Good telephone manner and be articulate and persuasive.

Self motivated and enthusiastic

Work well as part of a busy team

Organised, numerate and computer literate with good keyboard skills.



On target earnings of £28,000 depending on experience.

If you have the desire and ability to achieve, on target earnings of £45,000 per annum (uncapped) are available to the right candidate.

Procurement Officer



We have a number of exciting opportunities within our expanding Procurement team. The key responsibility is to administer the procurement of vehicles and provide all the necessary information to ensure a satisfactory service to the customer.



The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have the ability to build successful relationships with suppliers to ensure that standards are recognized and followed.



You will be responsible for checking supplied data so must be methodical, thorough and pay attention to detail. You will be professional and possess a willingness to develop problem solving skills.



Requisites for the job:



Organised, numerate, and computer literate with good keyboard skills.

Good telephone manner and be articulate and persuasive.



Starting Salary is £14,000 (40 hours per week)
