Three more companies choose Feefo
Flying Brands’ gardening division, multititle mailer BVG Airflo and menswear
etailer Wood’s of Shropshire have all added Feefo to their websites to provide
a platform for online customer service feedback.
Garden Bird Supplies, part of Flying Brands, has been trialling
Feefo (Feedback Forum) since May. Each sale generates an
email to the customer requesting feedback. Recipients are able
to rate the products and the service received. Merchants then
have the chance to reply immediately and publicly, making it
possible for them to thank customers or rectify any problems.
Flying Brands said Garden Bird Supplies is averaging 98-percent
positive feedback.
BVG Airflo, which signed up its Fishtec fishing supplies
website to Feefo, is receiving a 96-percent positive feedback
rate. Plans are under way to extend the service to its other
brands—fishing titles Tightlines and Total Fishing Gear and
menswear catalogue Clifford James.
Wood’s of Shropshire managing director Charles Wood
admitted that initially he was wary of implementing Feefo. “I was
a bit concerned that my customers just might use it as a chance
to criticise us in some unforeseen way... In the end I decided that we are rather
proud of our service and had nothing to fear in asking our customers what they
actually thought about us. That’s why we dipped our toe in the water, and I’m so
pleased that we did.”
