icholas Jones Bespoke is one of the
N
regions fi nest tailors. Based in the
heart of the City of Manchester, he has
been dressing the business elite since
2003, and now has a base on Savile Row for London
appointments.
Mr Jones started his training as an apprentice
tailor 10 years ago in Manchester, and from the fi rst
stitch he was hooked. Times were changing amongst
tailors, mass production of suits meant that there just
wasn’t the market anymore and unfortunately the
company he worked for was forced to close.
He then spent the next four years working
amongst some of the fashion elite in Manhattan,
building up his own expertise in tailoring.
When moving back to the UK in 2003, he
decided to buy a store in Manchester that he could
turn into a successful tailors not to dissimilar to the
one he had trained in. And that was exactly what he
did; in 2003 he opened Nicholas Jones Bespoke in St
