The Team behin
Behind every elite sports performer there is
a support team of dedicated experts who
strive to ensure that the performer’s talent is
maximised to achieve success. Furthermore,
there is usually a national governing body
which puts in place systems to try and make
sure that talent is identified and given every
opportunity to develop within their sport.
The following article examines the support
team of the British Olympic and Paralympic
Equestrian squad and the talent systems of
the British Equestrian Federation.
