Tangy Twist on Tea
Tangerine Iced Tea
Makes 2 Quarts
8 bags of tea
1 quart boiling water.
2 tangerine oranges, sliced
4 mint leaves
2 Tablespoons honey
Pour boiling water over tea
and steep for 5 minutes.
Remove tea bags and allow
to cool. Add tangerine
slices, honey, and mint
leaves. Add one quart of
cool water, and pour over
glasses filled with ice.
The iced tea can also be
made with sliced peaches,
nectarines, or melon if in
season.
you may also make
the old-school recipe by

placing your tea bags in
water in the sun for a few yubkina
hours to steep.
