GAPDH knockdown >95% in HeLa cells using siLentFect and pooled siRNA. HeLa cells
were transfected in 6-well plates with 2.5 µl siLentFect using 10 nM GAPDH SMARTpool
siRNA ( ) or a nonspecific control pool ( ). Cells were harvested 48 hr posttransfection and
RNA extracted using the Aurum
™
total RNA kit. cDNA was produced using iScript
™
cDNA
synthesis kit and quantitative PCR performed using the iCycler iQ
®
system.
