What facilities for children are there on board? On all ships, we offer a children’s programme exclusively for young guests aged 1-17. Parents may drop off their children in our fun and exciting centres to be cared for by qualified nannies and youth counsellors. Parents may also accompany their children and participate in the activities.

The Programme is operated on a complimentary basis and is available for guests’ convenience from 9:00am – midnight on all ships. Parents may drop off their children at any time during the hours of operation. We do not offer private, in-stateroom baby-sitting.

We have certified nannies to change nappies, bottle feed, and entertain our youngest guests. We have cots on board to ensure the comfort and safety of babies and infants (minimum age 1 to participate).

We offer exciting age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, board games, sports, movies, video games, discos and parties. The Zone and Playzone are open daily from 09:00 till midnight closing for lunch between 12:00 and 14:00. There are no feeding facilities in The Zone or Playzone so subsequently parents will have to make their own arrangements to cater for their children.

How will I know which shore excursions are available? Around 50 days before you sail, you will receive your pre voyage documents detailing how to find the shore excursions available to you and how to book. These can be requested in advance through our Reservations Department or through your Voyage Personaliser online at www.cunard.com, and will be charged to your shipboard account. Whilst on board, our port-of-call talks will help you get the most out of our shore excursions.
